Sustainable Development Goals

CCMP SDG poster campaign Sacramento

Join CCMP to demand that our county, state and nation implement the SDGs!

The United States adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015 along with 192 other countries, yet very few Americans know of the SDGs and our government is doing nothing to install them. The SDGs are a call to action to put an end to policies that impoverish the majority of the human race and create global warming.

Those who are destroying our health are also destroying our planet and we must act, now!

Heat-related health problems including difficulty breathing, allergies, heart problems, food and water contamination and infectious diseases are on the rise. To have comprehensive health care, we need a sustainable future!

Comprehensive health care means having everything you need to stay healthy: nutritious food, potable water, affordable housing, air conditioning/ heating, safe living and working conditions, access to preventive medical and dental care, and jobs that pay a living wage to afford all basic necessities.

Participate in a CCMP organizer training program. Learn on the job and play a part in expanding these vital efforts.

Please call CCMP today and set a time to meet to discuss your role in building a sustainable future for us all!
